Privacy Policy

This policy covers the SNS Marketing Group content pipeline tracker (this application), used internally by our team and by client accounts we create for companies we work with. SNS Marketing Group is based in Pakistan; most of our clients are local, with occasional clients based internationally.

What we collect

• Account information — name, username, and a securely hashed password (we never store passwords in plain text) for team and client logins.
• Company and project data — the company name, contact name, production schedules, Drive/file links, and Instagram grid images that you or our team add to the tracker.
• Session data — a single signed, HTTP-only login cookie used only to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies, and we do not track you across other websites.

How we use it

Solely to run the content pipeline: showing your company's production schedule, files, and Instagram grids to your account, and coordinating work across our team. We do not sell data, and we do not share it with anyone outside SNS Marketing Group and the client company it belongs to.

Where it's stored

Data is stored on our hosting provider's servers, served over HTTPS. Client accounts can only see the company they are linked to; they cannot see other clients' data or our team's account details.

Legal basis and your rights

As a Pakistan-based business, we handle personal data in line with Pakistan's Prevention of Electronic Crimes Act, 2016 and applicable data-protection guidance, and we design this tracker to meet that standard regardless of where a client is based. For clients or contacts located where other privacy laws apply (for example, GDPR for clients connected to the EU/UK), we aim to honour the same core rights as a matter of practice: you can ask us at any time to

• see what data we hold about your company or account,
• correct inaccurate information,
• export your company's data, or
• delete your account and associated data once our working relationship ends.

This policy describes how we actually handle data in this tool, in plain language — it isn't a substitute for formal legal advice. If your organisation needs a signed data-processing agreement or has specific compliance requirements, contact us and we'll work it out directly.

Retention

We keep account and project data for as long as the account is active, plus a reasonable backup window afterward. Contact us if you'd like your data deleted sooner.
